Founder & CEO
Jeff Michaelis
Jeff is the owner of Fear Not Fitness and Performance. His passions include training youth
athletes, fitness enthusiasts and weekend warriors with the goal of maximizing their
performance to the highest potential while decreasing the likelihood of injury.
Jeff has always been sports oriented, at a young age he was involved in a large variety of
sporting including football, basketball, wrestling and baseball. At the age of 15 he fell in love
with strength and conditioning training.
So with over 26 years of experience in strength and conditioning Jeff decided to open Fear Not
Fitness and Performance. Jeff has attended multiple fitness and performance seminars,
constantly pursuing new knowledge to provide the highest quality of training for his athletes.

Antonia Hanlon
Antonia is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor dedicated to helping individuals build strength, confidence, and longevity through functional fitness and mindset development.
With a background as a respiratory therapist, Antonia brings a deep understanding of how movement, breath, and mindset work together for overall well-being. Specializing in pre- and post-menopausal women’s fitness, she helps clients navigate hormonal changes, maintain muscle, and improve overall health while fostering a positive relationship with their bodies.
Her approach to fitness goes beyond just workouts—she focuses on building resilience, confidence, and sustainable habits that empower individuals to feel strong both physically and mentally. She is also expanding her expertise in athletic performance training for young athletes and hormone-focused training for women, ensuring her clients receive tailored, effective coaching at every stage of life.
Currently pursuing a certification in women-specific training, Antonia remains committed to educating and empowering clients through strength training, movement, and mindset coaching.
